AquaLink® RS is a popular programmable Pool and Spa Control Systemfrom Jandy® Industries. MOTO was the engineering design representative in a multi- disciplinary executive team, including marketing, finance and manufacturing VP's that worked together to produce a cost-effective, functional and marketable product. Geared toward the end user customer as well as the installer, MOTO engineered a system that allowed for ease of use in both groups, and that met the challenging cost targets required by marketing. In addition, MOTO was able to cut production costs through close work with the OEM manufacaturer and by design through use of the controller keypad label to generate four different products while keeping the same mechanical and electrical components. Aqualink® RS was a very successful product for Jandy® which captured signifigant market share when it was introduced.
