Freestyle™ is a powerful communication tool from Assistive Technology, Inc., used to assist individuals with special speech and motor needs. MOTO's innovative system architecture, software and board design was based on Apple's Power Macintosh, incorporating a touch-sensitive, color screen, enlarged speakers, voice recognition and switch inputs to support devices such as joysticks and alternative keyboards. In addition, a special universal infrared remote interface was developed which allows for control of home lighting and appliances directly from software running on the Freestyle.
