PowerBook G3™ is one of the many award winning laptops from Apple Computer. MOTO worked as an integral part of the Apple development team for the May 1998 release. MOTO was responsible for all aspects of component and system level thermal control and compliance. Using proprietary methodology to predict heat flow and problems before the initial electronics were functional, MOTO's research directed the basic design criteria for component arrangement within the Apple PowerBook G3. In addition, MOTO integrated thermal components to provide EMC as well as improving structural characteristics of the laptop.
